To check the status of your order at any time, click here.We ship individual customer orders within 5 business days of your received payment. (wholesale customers, allow 2-4 weeks.) If production exceeds 5 business days, we will expedite your (domestic) shipment to 2-Day priority at no charge.
Orders placed during the holiday season often take a bit longer, especially if the order is custom or especially large. Please contact us if you have ANY questions specific to your order. We're happy to make any accommodations you need.
How Soon Will I Receive My Shipment?
DOMESTIC ORDERS: All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Items are shipped from Portland, Maine within 5-7 business days of your cleared payment. All orders will have a tracking number, which will be e-mailed to you upon shipment.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that you are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. International mail usually arrives in less than 2 weeks but sometimes it takes up to a month to arrive. • Upon order placement, we can determine the most cost effective method of shipment and will have a tracking number available to keep tabs on your package's arrival.
What is your return policy?
If there are any issues with your order such as incorrect, missing, incomplete or damaged items, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We stand by our products 100% and will gladly work with you to make things right!
Due to the nature of our handmade bath products, returns are not accepted for any used products. Full size unused items may be returned if brought back to store on posted within 7 business days of receipt. Must be in original condition and original packaging.
Online returns MUST be posted with tracking number. Not responsible for missing items, items damaged in shipment or improperly packaged fragile items.
